Technical: Fits the challenge. Exposure/lighting looks good but maybe a little hot on the pages. Composition is nice, but the spotting on the background is a little distracting. I hate not being able to spot edit! :-) Focus good.

Personal: I like it!

Tones here are very nice along with the focus. The light is a bit bright on the left and makes the book look a little fried. Still this is attractive. Good luck.

it seems almost like the dof is too far forward here, as the ends of the words on the book seem to fade into a slight blur at the end of each one. i like the tones and idea - nice job.
