I really can't believe this didn't score higher. Shooting directly into the light -- and obtaining the detail that you did on the face. Amazing! What a beautiful photo!

The translucency in his wings really adds to the feeling of freedom this photo gives you. Very nice! |

very nice shot, but unless the sun is directly behind the gull (which it doesn't appear to be, it's not conte-jour. still I'll give you a 6 |
