Excellent! How did you do that?
12/08/2003 10:26:28 PM
Nice shot, but I have seen this done for a challenge before.

Appears to be an "S" rather than $. Otherwise it is a very nice photo. A great macro. Every detail very clean and clear. It's a good 9

This is an unique idea! :-) Actually I like to follow the rules of thirds, but breaking the rules work well her for me, $ being in the center. I also love lighting here. Good luck for the challenge. :-)

Focus is a little soft

Nice work! That is an excellent shot, hope you tell us how you got that.

Nice catchlight!

Excellent color, focus, and detail. I can't imagine how you got the dollar sign reflection in the eye, ...but I'll assume it's within the rules.. My score: 8

Splendid idea! Done almost (!) perfectly. High 8.

The old eye close up with a twist. The sharpness is fantastic, but the is a bit of colors that denote "digital" and they detreat from the final product...

Money in the eye ... Very original and well executed.

This it is a very nice effect. I really like it. Too bad that you have those reflecting little areas that aren't too pleasant. I would have liked to see a different cropping. The hair on the left is distracting and unnecessary. But this is just my oppinion... 6

looks ok.

Technical: Fits the challenge. Exposure composition focus lighting all good, but the apparent "wetness" is distracting.

Personal: Creative, interesting to look at.

My vote: 6

Good detail, I like the color.

Oooo...that's kinda creepy. Scary even. Cool shot.
12/04/2003 12:41:02 AM
Is that a reflection? If it is... wow! Your model does need a tad bit of powder to help keep the shine down in the photo. I think green mascara or eyeliner would have been a great effect too!

Very clever
12/03/2003 10:15:47 PM
Has money caught (grabbed) her eye, or is the model the money grabber?
12/03/2003 10:06:06 PM
My eyes never see much of this, so it is refreshing to see someone else with the luck to see it. Nicely done.
12/03/2003 05:05:19 PM
Clever shot.

Great image! Love the reflection in the eye. Still don't understand how you guys get this effect!! Grr. Anyway, the only thing that I see personally is the shine on the face is a bit distracting. Otherwise great focus and crop!

Ok, I have absolutely no idea how you did that .... and I love it! Sensational photo and meets the challenge perfectly. I hope there will be a clue in your comments as to how you got that reflection.
