i had hoped to desaturate everything but the tongue, lips and gumball. but, being new to PS, I wasn't able to do so without losing the red colour everywhere. the skin tones were the problem.
originally I had wanted a cherry with a tied stem leaving her mouth. unfortunately cherry season is long gone here.
there were also a few issues with light that i was unable to correct such as the reflection of the window in the gumball. more work with PS i guess.

LOL This has a nice soft focus. Something about her tongue that is kinda, well, unappealling. Maybe its the ranch dressing or whatever the white is thats on her tongue. Great composition!
A brilliant idea for a photo, but I think the wet gloss would work much better if it were tack-sharp, rather than in soft focus. Great potential, but wrong challenge! 5
