I miss my ferret Sammy. I had to give him away. |

I love ferrets ! What frisky, funny little critters. I've no doubt about the genuineness of her smile. |

It may not have done well but it is a memory. When I took the portrait of my son for the same challenge I used a polarizer because I too was taking the photo in he bright mid-day sun. It helped cut some of the harshness. When the shot is there you just have to take it. Great composition and a great capture of the moment. |

A very cute pose by both of them, though the critter is looking just a tad nervous. Catherine already remarked that midday sun can be kinda harsh, but I figure if you want to get a shot and it's midday and the sun is out - go with it! Not everything needs to be the umpteenth degree of art - sometimes a picture is just a picture and that's good. |

Very cute, but lighting looks a little harsh and direct. |

This works more as something that would hang on the refrigerator than as an art piece. |

Right then, joke's on me as I now have to plough through 564 images and bump them all (yes, all of them) up. There'll be a third run through for fine tuning. It's day two now and I'm running late, sorry.
