Thanx the comments! And a huge excuse, 'cause I'm totally misunderstood the "money" rules... Next time I'll be careful!

Ah, a Hungarian coin! :-) I thought we were not allowed to use real banknotes or coins, anyway. About the photo, I would have cut a bit above, it would help the rule of thirds make an effect on your shot. What I love: this is a beautiful macro shot: hey men, this coin is smaller than a centimeter, and lighting and focus are excellent for this shot! The only problem is that a real coin is included.

Rules say don't use money. Otherwise it is a nice concept.

DOF is a problem. It is not so much that the image is soft in the fore and back grounds, but the street to the left of the coin is in focus and this detracts from the punctum.

Ah, money in the shot :( But a nice shot otherwise. This is one of the few I didn't punish you as much as I did the others for not reading the description on this one more carefully. I like the DOF on this shot, the black and white works very well and the off center of the coin is also nice. The angle seems off for some reason though, like it could be more head on so the printing on the coin was straighter? A 5

Against the rules...

While the image probably does not get to high because it shows real money, I like it a lot: wonderfull topic and well executed. A frame might have been nice.

Special rules:
Here's the catch: you can't include any real currency (or the likeness of real currency) in your shot.
I think you may have missed this in the special rules for this challenge. A great shot otherwise.

Poor title.. Good shot.

Technical: Fits the challenge. Exposure focus and composition all good, lighting is even.

Personal: Nice shot, but not very compelling to look at (flat lighting, few colors)

My vote: 5

Good detail, I like the B/W.

Don't think this meets the challenge. I believe coins and paper money were not to be photographed.

Hummm, you donĀ“t read the challenge rules too!

Can't use currency I thought? Photo composition is nice, a bit grey/dark though

actual money

i am sorry, but i do see the "likeness of real currency" in your picture, and they specifically asked us not to include it... i am not going to rate this photograph.
