My first try at a portrait with proper studio lighting. Thanks to Brian for the AB800's (complete with lightbox, umbrella's, etc, etc) & Nicholas for the light meter!
I learned a TON on this one, and that's what it's all about, right? Funny - I ended up shooting with just the modelling lights after all of that (which explains the 1/60th shutter speed instead of 1/125th).
My model cancelled on me, so my wife stepped up! I'm glad she did, because I love the result.
Hope it does okay. :O)

The green of the wrap, pendant, and irises are great, but I don't like the green in the hair, on the skin, and especially in the whites of her eyes. Also I with the pendant was in better focus.
striking colours, nice crop.
It's a shame the white of her eye has gone largely green, and (on my screen at least) she appears to almost have strap marks either side of the pendant.
I don't know what the light sources are... but the catch lights in her eyes are kind of "freaky" to me. I think she also should have worn something to hide the tan line (or it should have been fixed in post).
