She does look quite involved with whatever it is she's doing! I like the "ground level" view a lot and it's something you may want to do more of when you get the chance to do so. Don't know how easy it would be to clone out the car, but that's because I suck at it. :-) As for the minimal aspect, not sure if you could have moved to frame this such that the car wasn't in the frame in the first place. I realize (and know from experience, too) that trying to get the right elements in the right place at the right time ain't an easy thing to do! |

love this shot rob ... love the posture of the child with the legs all splayed and i love the scene ..
you say you're thinking of cropping drastically and maybe getting rid of the car ... i dont mind the car and the cropping'd be a very personal thing .. coz i really like the foreground ground sort of coming at you till its out'v focus .. but that's just me ... i'd have been thinking of taking the picture again without the car rather than trying to get rid of it in photoshop ... looking at it again right now, and i agree that it might look better without the car ... this is one of those times when you wish you'd been able to see the image better in the camera, rather than when you got it into your computer?? ... |

she is SO cute! I just love kids. Lots of hair on this kid! If you crop this tight, I don't think you would be able to tell it's a car... perhaps just use the colour and clone it outward instead of out?? Just a thought :) |
