| What a great shot and story, I gave this an 8 during voting, I felt it was very moving and in a way sad. Yes I think the noise adds, very good capture, adding to fav's. |

| Good shot, good score, good finish. Congratulations. There's a nice feel to this. The man's head down with weariness, and his age and weakness shown by the need for a cart to carry a violin. The lighting with the long shadows adds to the sense of weariness at the end of the day. The grain also adds to the mood and photo journalistic style. |

subtle, perfectly composed, and nicely enhanced by the grain (although I can see that w/o the grain it would still be a dandy)

Deb, this another of your photos that I reeeeeeallly love! I love everything about the urban look of the building and the street. But the demeanor of the man pulling the suitcase is so perfect for this grainy look. Kind of "head down, worn out". What awesome photography! You have had some really good finishes! Congratulations!

| I thought that I commented on this one but I guess I didn't. I like the downhill shot with the building as a guide. The grain works very nicely here as does the kind of duotone color. Very good score. |
