I can't see grain or noise, it just looks soft. If I could see grain or noise I don't think it would benefit this image. Two major strikes in a challenge about grain/noise.

i don't see much evidence of grain I'm afraid.
and i also don't see how grain would enhance this picture anyway.
this type of picture is best suited to bright, sharp, crisp clear vibrant colors.
well, that's what I think anyway :-)
