 Photo of a cow clock I had to hand, and a big fluffy cow "mesmerized" by the passage of time. Long exposure allows motion blur from the clock to add the sense of "Time".

Lightroom: RAW import
PSE5: Cloned out some paper boundaries from my ghetto background, dodge & burn layer, desat layer to hide the difference in colour between the white paper and foamboard, saturation layer to bring out the colours on the clock. Finally crop, resize, sharpen, SFW.

too bad we can't really see who is mesmerized by what....a little more 'time' and this might have worked better
