This looks like a snowy egret. They have black beaks and legs with yellow feet. They were hunted almost completely out of existance in the 1920's when their mating plumage was popular for ladies hats. I think they are the best looking of the egrets, although not the largest.
Excellent capture and pp. The slight wave in the water is great for this. |
