Nice composition and nice crisp execution. The only one lil flaw i wud like to point is that the eyes should not be looking at the Hat but to the person to whom you saying MHOTY (had to find find a nitpik to an otherwise wonderful image). I like the combination of green and the leather hat.

Take the M off? OIC....my hats off to you too....I don't really like the green highlights that the background gives to her hair and I wished her left eye was just as sharp and lit as the right. 9

Really like this one, took me a bit to figure it out though. "My hat off to you" is what I came up wiht. If so, it might have been a bit more effective to have her looking at the camera. Nonetheless, a great shot, good job. 8

I like the photo, but I think the colours are a bit over 'tweaked' as the blue around the lady's eyes doesn't look natural. I also liked the crop.

I like the composition in this picture but the naturalness of the hat kind of clashes with the neon green highlights in her eyes and hair.
