| A snap shot style entry...tough to get a good feel of art or stock from this. No question of the surprise of a birthday present (or whatever celebration is at hand). Might have taken this shot and either rotated CCW about 4 degrees for balance...or rotated CW 30 degrees...for a more impact! Hope this helped:) good luck. |

Very cute, though not sure why it's so surprising but she certainly looks amused, LOL!
This isn't a bad shot overall, the candid nature works for this and the expression on her face is perfect for this challenge. The wine glass and bottle are a bit distracting but unless you cleared the area in front of her first it would be hard to avoid. The flash off the glass is also a bit distracting. A 6 |

| I guess you had to be there. She does look pleased, and it looks like a nice time between friends, but the foreground and background are cluttered and distracting and the red package draws our eyes away from her face which should be getting the attention. |
