There were a couple of guys unloading water bottles at a -10C (not considering the wind chill), and the pavement joints and streetcar tracks were just adding insult to the their injury...
This one was really having a hard time with his cart, but I guess no one got thirsty in the office building they were delivering to :))

This was a lucky shot I took while passing by him, crossing in the opposite direction, so the focus is not as sharp as I wish.

PP: neatimage, desaturation(channel mixer), USM, brightness/contrast, curves, crop, dodging & burning, more neatimage, re-size, USM, save for web.

Interesting capture. Your border distracts from it however. A smaller border would compliment your submission better. You would also get a larger "canvas".

Still worth a 6 from me however

The use of B&W makes this shot appear flat because your whites are too harsh (note the paper in his pocket....so bright my eyes keep being drawn to it.) and the sky has no depth to it at all, just a flat gray square dominating your upper left corner. The heavy black framing binds it all in and I feel is too much border for this shot.

That's quite a load on that little cart, makes me feel bad for the guy!
