 A meeting to attempt to decide if a property can be re-zoned to allow a public day care. it would seem a no-brainer, but apparently it isn't. let's see - the village is losing, and not attracting, young couples. in a few years, there will be few young couples left. there are no public daycares within 30 kilometres. gee, that's a hard one.

luckily, everyone stayed civil and polite, and there were no lasting enmities made. we hope within a few months we'll have a day care, but we can only keep fingers crossed.

hi christian .. another great slice of life .. hope things work out for you and where you live ... i applaud you for getting up and taking shots in front of so many ppl ... i reckon thats the diff between a good and a great photographer .. i great photographer will risk life and limb and even their personal dignity for THAT SHOT!! ........ :)

Very effective diptych. You've solved the perennial problem of showing the speakers and audience at the same time. Good luck getting the day care.

really awesome!!! i have to photograph at quite a lot of meetings and its always a challenge to make it interesting. you've definitely done that here. both perspectives put together tells a great story! nicely done!
