Well this is my first true arty type of photo. I had a thought of doing this a while ago. Not sure how well this is going to go. I would have like a few more colours.
Started with a Orange, Glass, Water, Torch.
I think it came up well. Only thing altered was a crop.

Great concept. I love the warm tones. The oranges seem a bit blown out and they look like the need to be sharper. Maybe try running USM on them. There are a few specks on the flat surface that are a bit distracting. I get dinged for this everytime. Try not centering the subject so much and play around with arranging your oranges in different areas.
I like the idea & setup here. The "frosty" glass adds a nice touch. It would definitely help this image to play with the color & saturation on the fruit. As it is, the color seems washed out, and it's hard to tell if it's an orange, a lemon, or a lime. Good luck :O)
