I must be colorblind, because I actually really like the scheme you have going on here. It's one of those photos that is so over the top it works :-) I didn't vote in this challenge, but I would have been one of your higher scores if I had. The whole pink&green thing is pretty common down here in SC, where it has a connotation of preppiness. No joke. You'll have to try harder if you want to really submit something bad :-) |

I actually "like" the photo, well not the border. I reminds me of a color negative or some type of infrared image. It is striking in that regards. As for the challenge, I think you went with being a little too literal and too blunt.
Most DPCer's like emotion, so while this is a bad photo it doesn't feel like a bad situation. At least that is the only reason I can see why it scored poorly. Nice thought put into this challenge though. |

| Something must be wrong with me. I gave this an 8, for two reasons: first I think it really is an abomination, and second I really like it. The clincher for the abomination part is the "preppy" pink and green border. What I like the best is the vibrant color of the image. Really cheers me up to see it. |

| Thanks for entering this one! I got a laugh out of it and understood the parody. In my opinion, an excellent portrayal of bad everything. My 'pet' irk is tacky frames. I salute you on meeting the challenge and being funny as all heck. |

Well, given the challenge context, I have to award this abomination a good score. It hurts, but the utterly apt title be testimony, it's the right thing to do.
An (as an aside), good taste ought to know bad taste - which would leave an irony as blunt as a hammer. |
