In my garage :)
Converted to b&w with gradient map and selective color adjustment underneath it. Some dodging and burning of the wood. Then played with Distort->Lens Correction, sharpen, Save for Web.
Day twO
Thsi is an excellent shot - wonderful lighting, fantastic perspective using the superwide angle lens, the composition with the balls and cue to offset against the dark background - all make a winning combination. This would have been a great entry for table shot II.
Hey. . .a nice table top photo :) I love the black and white treatment of the pool table. It adds a little unique flare, especially with that interesting angle.
I can tell from your portfolio that this image is probably exactly as you envision it. However, I'm wondering if the effect would be even more dramatic if the height of the entire picture was cropped more narrowly...
Nice angles and composition. Really like the black on white. I like this one better compositionally then your first one. This has more snap and contrast.
This is one of the most intereting "table shots" I've seen! It's almost abstract with what you've done with the lighting. Very imaginitave and technically stunning indeed! Well done! 8o)
Great symmetry and graphic quality. I think pool tables are ultra cool. I guess I like the combination of the round holes and the lines of the sides plus the game it initiates is fun! Great job.
