My dog is so fat she can't reach her crotch. We have no neighbor dogs.

i bet he just licked his crotch prior to this, which was probably just in contact with the neighbour dog, who's crotch may have been in contact with the lonely owner himself.

EWWWW! ROFLMAO! Nah... I've had my dogs do that plenty of times - just don't remind me what else they've had in their mouths! Cute capture.
