 Ok... the PP...
The shot was lit by christmas lights [thumb]453153[thumb] I adjusted the highlights, converted to B&W, warmed, adjusted higlights, added glow, added glow again, adjusted shadows, added glow again, sharpened- in Picasa
In PS I cropped, did some minor cloning and saved for web. There you go. :D

Whoa... fantastic. Not sure how you achieved the simultaneusly sharp yet soft look to your eyes, but that's phenomenal. Duotone effect is perfect, as is the expression. Outstanding. There are few self-portraits I could describe as "luscious" in terms of execution, contrast, colour, expressiveness of subject, but this is definitely one of them.
