Not that your eyes needed any help attracting attention but your pose really draws the eyes to, wel.. your eyes. Great focus and I love th conversion to B/W.

Excellent processing on the eyes. However, IMHO, I would have cloned out one catch-light on each eye, keeping one in each. This way, only one catch light dominates each eye.
