At first I thought the blood looked fake, but when I came back to comment I realized that the knife point is what was bothering me about this image. I think if the blade was resting on the wrist instead of being poised to stab the wrist it would be much more believable.

The blood looks a little fakey and the lighting needs a lot of help, though the concept is decent (but probably a little violent for the blokes on this site).

A bit intense. I think it would be more effective if the blood were flowing and looked wetter - this way it looks almost dried. It sure does elicit emotion, though.

Sorry but this has nothing appealing to me. The background is too black, the lighting is too dark, the blood looks completely fake (no shine as real blood would).
