Maybe move the hair out from in front of your face so we can see all of it. Also: is it in focus?

The way you processed the skin and eyes creeps me out to be blunt. The skin looks like plastic and the eyes almost glow. No offense.

i would have given you a 10 for this great composition, but i think you've tinkered with it too much. the eyes are too white and it looks unnatural. it's a shame, a really good composition. 8 from me.
