Very nice set up but for me the richness of wine and grape color would be more pleasing instead of the almost black and white. Still a good photo to me though.
Nice composition here! I think that it needs more light on the grapes to help bring out the depth of the shot. I would like to see the glass more in focus too.

Good stuff. You obviously know design elements very well. It's refreshing to see that someone can logically combine color, space and shading. One thing: get rid of the reflection in the wine glass.
