As I said during the voting I find this to be a very cute image. There are a few minor flaws in it that would really improve on it. For one thing there is a very nasty glare in front of the little boys foot that just grabs the attention. Another thing is there are just too many extra people in the photo. getting rid of the little boy to the right side and the woman in the bottom corner would help a lot.

I think the lighting is fairly well on this shot. It's too bad you didn't get the little girl looking at you instead of the way she is.

I think it does meet the challenge well.

This was, in my opinion, a 9 if cropped differently. I think a tighter crop on the boy and girl to exclude the people around them that distract would enhance it.

But never the less, excellent shot.

I would have cropped down to just the two kids

typical little princess. all dressed up and then just hanging around. darling capture.

I really would try to crop very close around the boy and girl, and in that way remove all the others from the picture.

Nice image -- a bit of cropping might improve the composition by eliminating some of the distractions. Just a thought...

The girl is catching the boy's attention! And she manages to be the center of interest in this image despite the cluttered background. But the cut-off heads are distracting and I wish the girl's eyes were more apparent. Stooping down to get the camera on her level might have helped. But despite her graceful costume, she isn't in a very graceful pose.

Cute slice of life.

A bit too snapshoty with all the extra people. It would have been better if the two subject children were isolated more.

A little Grace is playing with boys? Too many people in this picture. 5

Very cute indeed

I love this photo in black and white... but it's a little too busy. Maybe a little cropping to remove Mom in the foreground and a larger aperture to blur the unavoidable background would have made this a better shot.
