Very strong image, and excellent use of centering instead of "rule of thirds." I'm trying to decide if the light splotch on the far left is a detriment - I think it is - but only a minor one. 8.
The composition and location and lighting - all excellent. The shadow at the bottom might be worthy of cropping out but then again - pink floyd is "dark" so it's tough to tell.
The slight vignetting is effective - but perhaps not effective enough? I find I'm drawn to the areas outside the concrete - where the trees are, and I'm finding nothing to hold my eye amongst those pillars and slabs of concrete. Perhaps that is your point, but it has lead to a difficult viewing experience. The idea of making nothing your subject is difficult to carry off.
