Very, very interesting effect here! I really like it. It's keeping me guessing as to how you did this as well as being visually pleasing. I do wonder though if maybe all of the fingers of the front hand could have been inside the ones in the background (I mean I like on two of the fingers how there is blue surrounding both sides, and I wish it was like this throughout) but that's sort of a nitpick.
