This was a long exposure on the grass... original idea was the lunatic is in the grass but I ended up using 2 peolple instead of one and this title fit better.

Neatimage, crop, levels, curves, USM

Thanks to Lillie and Leo for posing for me.

Thanks for the comments. Yes she was shaky. It was cold out and the exposure was really long. I didn't want to torture them any longer than necessary.

There are shots where you can see him more clearly as I used a flashlight to light each pose but I lost clarity on her even more. So you can't win. It was realllly dark out.

I love this so much! I just stumbled across it, and have been studying it and studying it. It is mesmerizing.

I don't know. . .I read a few complainers about her face not being sharp enough. . . but for the title, and the concept you were trying to convey. . .I think a face that's ever-so-slightly out of sorts fits as if it were intentional and PERFECT! For me. . .just as well as if it were crystal clear.

This is just totally awesome. I don't know why it didn't get all 9's and 10's!

Pretty nicely done, I know it is hard though but the slight motion of the girl kindof knocks it down a peg or two, I personally would have kept at it till I got a shot that had her completely still and with the "three guys" pretty much how they are. I know how difficult that is but I still would have gone for that. Dig the PP and lighting though so I gave it a 6.

This is a nice fit for the challenge. Creative and overall well done. Minor complaint is the slight movement of the girls head (upper torso). If she could have been as sharply focused all over as her feet and legs this would be quite stunning. As is, still a nice job. Good luck in the challenge.

I wanted to shoot the lunatic is in my head, or the grass, and it was the first idea I had, but unlike you, I couldn't come up with an idea. You did a fantastic job.

I like this shot a lot. Suggestions - focus her face is a bit soft, possibly from holding still for so long during the exposure. I would have liked to see the three "lunatics" be a little more solid - i.e. more exposure time for each. Overall good, though.

This is the type of think I expected to see when I heard use Pink Floyd lyrics. There are a couple of literal interpretations of the lyrics that are clever, but I expected more of a symbolic view of it. This type of picture portrays it well. Kudos.

This is sooooo cool. How the heck did you do that? I'm guessing long exposure then move round the girl in the middle without her moving. Sorry I'm second guessing but I'm a total newbie to photography.

Suits the name to a tee too.

Good stuff i cant stop looking at it 10 for sure.

very well done...considering this is basic editing, it's superb...only neg is that she looks like she has a smile on her face...needs to be more manic...as a photo it's great 9
