 I tried a couple of things with post-its....a wig...can you imagine? Well don't....it kept falling apart. Then I made some surreal sort of flower looking things with them but the images came out more abstract than anything else...and we all know that abstracts do not really do well here...even in abstract challenges! LOL! So they we are! Suckers it is. Stuck these babies in wholes in a box to arrange them and shot away. Shot these in studio with four clamp lamps all pointed up to a piece of white post board over the shooting area to reduce glare. Camera on tripod with manual remote.


Now of course I've a half dozen of these things and I would hate to throw them away. I guess I'll take them to work. Some one will eat them. I'm sure.


Post: Convert from raw in PSElements 3.0. Layer adjustmets for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation. Layer of curves adjustment. Healed/cloned dust spots, small areas of light glare and imperfections on the suckers and a hotpixel. Flip horizontal. Sharpen. Resize. Sharpen.

photographically very nice... composition is wonderful and so is the balance and color of the image... i just wish the suckers were "shiney" like they'd been licked or polished or something.

they dont look very sticky yet but give them to a 3 yr old then you go sticky.
