That̢۪s a lot of border! I see what you were going for though. Nice concept, but the focus is too much in the foreground IMO. This creates a large amount of "busy, negative space". If the focus was a little deeper in the shot it may be more balanced.

Love this image. Really well done. Would have been a 10, but the border on the top and bottom really takes away from it.

Interesting border treatment. Kind of gives it a cinemagraphic feeling. Shallow dof keeps it from being too busy, but I might have chosen to focus point a little further down the line.

I wonder about emphasizing some of the colors instead of the repetition of the tires. Bonus points for photos dealing with cycling!
