Cristy, your very photogenic Cody! I didnt finish voting on this challenge but again it would have been one of my favorites, I love the editing, just finishes it off beautifully. Great colors. Should have finished higher.

This is so very pretty. The colors are so pleasing and the warm light just brings them out more. Of course I could be a little biased as border collies are some of my favorite pooches. :)

Edit: Sorry for mistaking Cody for a Border Collie. But he's still one super good looking Aussie. ;-)

Great colors and the soft feel to this image works well. 7 for now. Back to bump up to an 8. Your scenery just works great. I figure its really outside but somehow you have made it look like an indoor portrait session(in a good way).

Nice lighting, and beautiful dog.

I found the blurry grass in the front left corner to be distracting though.

9 - Nice setting and colors. Softness works well. Just like to have seen Cody a little bigger/closer within frame. Oof foreground left, but fairly minor. Difficult, but the eyes with a bit more 'twinkle' & pop, may have given this even more.

I love this shot, my only small critism is I wish his head was nt cut off by the hozion line I think if you were a little lower you may have gotten the horizon over his head. Great light, and softness

Beautiful photo. A bit too soft in the face for me.

The surroundings work perfectly with this dog. Nice outdoor portrait. The loweer left foreground is a bit diwstracting for me, but otherwise great shot.

I really like this portrait. The dog looks very at home in the environment. Unfortunately the blurry bush (cactus maybe?) in the lower left is very distracting--I cannot keep my eye from it.

Cody is a beauty. The grass and shadows on the right of photo are a little distracting.

It appears this dog is ready to work. Great capture. I am glad the dog was looking in the distance. I di wish there had been some indication of what the dog was watching.

Wonderful.I love this but that blob of grass in the lower left hurts it. I think you could crop it out and create a more square photo, and it'd still be ok. What a beauty. 7

Very nice shot of Cody in his element. You can feel the herding instinct. This is a winner for sure! 10

This is a great portrait! Love the 'prairie backdrop' for it really puts him in the environment he works/plays in. Love how the head is perked. Cody is alert and watching the herd even when he is taking a short break to rest. I like the soft effect for it adds to a dreamy almost nostalgic feel of the good ol' rural days.
