7 - Like the close crop and bell element. Not sure the background, color primarily, complements the cat's color as well as a variation may have. Biggest thing in my opinion in this shot is the eyes and overall 'feel' perhaps due to pp - seems unnatural. Likely just 'personal taste' though. Blown areas too, but fairly minor - but again, perhaps you were going for that. Up to 7 from 6.

Great focus and composition. The shallow DOF is quite good. The lighting is nice and soft and really brings out all the details.

framing is interesting, but my eyes are drawn to the bright orange/red in the top right corner and not the cute cat

Nice shot. I love the eyes with the matching color of OOF background. The crop is a little too tight to my liking but otherwise a very nice shot.
