I scored a trip to Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. The trip worked out perfectly so that I could get a free plane ticket home for thanksgiving. In addition it gave me the opportunity to visit the National Museum of the United States Air Force for the first time.
This scene is a recreation using actual chunks of the Berlin Wall in the museum.
I desaturated it to give it an older look, adjusted the levels and selectively adjusted the area above the wall to drown out the background of the museum. I added a little noise to age the photo, resized and applied a little smart sharpening.

I was in Berln a few weeks ago and still amazes me that the wall has gone, as I saw it as a 16 year old, some 22 years back. This shot does bring back the memories of my first trip there. Great shot Ben
