Not bad but I would have voted higher if image wasn´t so flat, would dramatically improve it to have higher contrast.

Hmmm..very interesting kind of photojournalism. The photo seems to represent who Kylie might be. Maybe a bit vain because of the makeup thing, and the way her head is tilted up makes me think she has a large ego.
