Nice water reflections but no diagonal

Diagonal?

I think a straight horizon would really help this photo. The line of the wharf would make a more pleasing diagonal.

Horizontal lines dominate this picture in my eye. You could have cropped a chunk out of it with the bottom of the boat down at an angle and had an interesting abstract shot.

Like the lines of the structural elements. Would fine rotation (and crop) to straighten not emphasize the diagonal a bit more?

Pump up the contrast a bit. I like the composition.

Sorry, I don't see the diagonal axis.

Minimum contrast b&w conversion - an unorthodox graphic approach - probably will not be too popular. I think a interesting image and good overall composition, very subtle diagonal emphasis to the dock. A good dockside view loaded with hardware & nautical detail.

Having trouble finding your diagonals (the ones you really really really want people to hone in on.)

I can see the diagonal, but the main composition is horizontal..I love the repeating patterns (but they are horizontal). Also, the horizon isn't level. Very well suited to b/w, but the contrast is a little lacking for me.
