I really enjoyed the optical illusion this dock and the reflections presented. At first glance it almost appears that the dock is positioned above the water, when it is actually flush to the water. After some heavy rains the dock had been under water hours before as the river had flooded this area some. I didn't plan on this when I went down here to shoot. Originally I had planned on another misty morning with the dinner cruise paddle boat being docked here (not sure where that went).
