Besides all the fanfare, confetti falling and ticker-tape parade for winning your first ribbon, I wanted to say what an absolutely amazing image this is and what a superlative job on the post-processing.
This picture has a genuine, timeless quality about it and can see this standing the test of time and having all the wow factor 100 years from now - a shot I would be proud as hell to have taken.

| My favorite of the challenge. This is a wonderful study in B&W, very film-like. The textures and grain are perfect and the composition has a great leading line. It draws my eye straight through with chapel anchoring the scene. I gave it a 9 but after studying this more, I have to bump to a 10. |
