Wow, it's amazing how you can really tell the long exposure here with all the movement in the picture.....NOT.

Interesting compositionally. Color is very good and technically it is fine. It would be nicer if the top and bottom edges were absolutely strait with the edge of the frame. Looks like that might be caused by lens distortion. Regardless of length this image shows little evidence for being a long exposure and DNMCers will probably rate it lower because of it.
