 I took advantage of the advanced Editing rule, I used a linear doge layer to give the over exposed look, I wanted to white out most of the face and focus on the eyes. I did some clone and doging to tuch up my eye make-up job. I painted with water colors the eye make up and it was some what spotty. I wanted a fashion look with lots of drama. I origanly took this photo in V but cropped to H, when I noticed Advanced Editing on this challange.

Nice composition. The fan adds a nice touch. The eyes are well focused, which is good, but the makeup (white streak) is not so flattering. A little over the top on the red lipstick as well. Probably what you were going for, but not overly appealing for me personally. Also just noticed that the area under her chin appears yellowish in relation to the rest of her face and neck. Good luck in the challenge.

I think I've seen her before in the challenges. The color contrast is great and a very professional looking photo. I think it will make the top 10 for sure.

Very high-key, and I like it! I feel like busting out some old Duran Duran or Siouxsie and the Banshees albums right now. Great framing of the subject and you've really pulled off the high-key shot without over doing it IMHO.

I find her ear and earring distracting. I think a different crop would really improve this image. Eliminateing the ear and hair would draw more attention to the dramatic eyes.
