 This is a macro shot, of an "Elephant" Beetle, that came to visit my garden.
I don't like bugs usually, but I fell in love with this one.
He stayed around for two hours for me, to take some magical shots of him in my garden.
This is one of them, and I have called it "Mr.Claws".

Eeeeeeeee. . . as much as I hate bugs. . . Ya gotta admit that this one is just downright fascinating. Those beautiful background colors, and the crispness of the water on that bug is quite impressive! And this is one macro-bug-loving bunch, so I'm guessing you are doing well with this! I hope so! :)

Wonderful macro of the beetle. Water drops and flower kind of fakey, dryland ground beetles are usually on the ground. Just my thoughts. Van

Scary looking beast! Seems a bit oversharpened and oversaturated, but then again, it adds to the surrealistic feel. :)
