 I did a lot to this. I didn't keep my workflow though, so I'll try to just give an idea. I brightened up the shadows on the right side of her face. I darkened it all over all and then increased the contrast. I desaturated the yellows a bit and then touched up her skin just a touch. I added an USM and ran it through Neat Image.
