Nice job Kelly. I think you got robbed here. This was a fantastic idea and you did a great job of presenting it.

Now if the your head was tilted the left, low and maybe a fan or blow drier was blowing the hair in that direction, and eye shadow was also smeared in the same direction. Then I would believe in wind gust.

Congratulations the teeth are nice and white, and congrats for the award.

A victory for the OOBIE system(?) too - it's a travesty of what might otherwise have been called justice, that this should be in the lowest ten by voters' esteem.

You got robbed, girl! No way this shouldn't have finished at LEAST in the middle of the pack. It was a 6 for me.

Good idea, nice color and texture. Just needs something more, maybe a nose, eye/s, a hand with blowing a kiss?

Neat idea. I think this also might look nice in B&W with selective saturation on the lipstick.

Creative take on this idea. The skin tones need to be more even and the application of the lipstick on the top of the lips, more accurate to really set it apart. Still, nice take. 6

Wind blown makeup? Might be funny if done right, but this looks like her head was cut off.

"Is it on straight?" Pizza! Pizza! Little Ceasar's TV commercial from the 80's revisited,...only...the commercial included an airplane & a very long line of cheese hanging out the plane keeping it from going anywhere!

One of the most creative shots of the challenge. Giving off a feel of movement in a stationary subject. I like the crop and composition. A little extra contrast wouldn't hurt this one. This would've been even more awesome if you somehow incorporated this into a full portrait style crop , with the whole face included in the shot and then some...
