It's not clear what you're taking a picture of.

a bigger picture would make it easier to see what it is a photo of

Unfortunately, this is far too small to judge fairly.

Back to comment: This image is much smaller than what is allowed for a challenge. The longest side of your image should be 640 pixels. When your image is this small, it is hard to see the details and judge the quality of the image. Because of that, many people will give a low vote and move on without really looking.

The image is rather small and dark and I’m afraid I just cant figure out what is going on. It seems it could possible be an interesting picture but it’s just too dark to tell for sure.

You'll probably get lower scores because you photo is so small. Check out the tutorial here//www.dpchallenge.com/tutorial.php?TUTORIAL_ID=26 to learn how to maximize your next one. The tutorial is for Photoshop, but the principles translate well for Paintshop Pro. Someone pointed me to it after I made the same mistake on my first entry. It's an interesting perspective. I like the little tree on the left.

too small, it's impossible to see any detail

hmmmmm

Might suggest using a larger image. It is easier to see. Seems pretty abstract from here, which is fine, but we can see no clues that it might be raining other than by the title. As far as I can tell, the focus is on the rocks? in the top part of the picture, not on the distance with the tree which is where I would rather see it.

A bit small and difficult to discern what the subject actually is. (4)

Should be 720 pixel high, to small to vote on

Good angles...would have been better if you had enlarged your upload

Size matters - go read the tutorial about resizing for DPC
