Nice, careful perspective for a symmetrical shot. I think that you should go the rest of th way towards a square crop, crop out the distracting roll up covers, and this would also give you more pixels for the center subject area.

Good choice in B&W given the harsh lighting in the arena. A tighter crop to remove the walls at the sides perhaps? 7

I like this image, but the two doorways(?) on either side of the image are distracting and uneven. Maybe a closer crop? Also, it would be interesting to see the colour version.
