Too much in the image. Need to limit the amount of elements you put in a composition. The eye cannot comprehend so much as what is in your image.

Just a bit too much going on in this shot IMO. There doesnt seem to be a good separation between the front and back blur and the area in focus. Has a messy feel and whatever bokeh there may be really doesnt stand out or help in any way.
