 Last day of challenge and the weather just wasn't cooperating. But I managed to get the leaf to stand still long enough to capture it's reflection!

Used 43mm of extension tubes with the 50mm lens. Laying on my belly on the grass, handheld because the grass was blowing around making it difficult. Even more difficult was the leaf providing color in the background would occasionally fly away.

wow...I gave this a 9! I loved it...I think people were looking specifically for the 'little circles'....whereas, I like the circles, but I love the straight lines or something different in the background...

A classic. The detail in the drop always amazes me. Nature's reflective magnifying glass. Maybe not totally unusual but certainly rich tones and suits the challenge well. I like the criss crossing of the blades of grass.

Nice colors and gradient. I am not really sure what I am seeing in the drop but it is a nice spot of clarity. The background blur easily adds to this image (looking closer i see the shadow of a circle - what is that?). Maybe a tad bit noisy overall but too much neat imaging would probably affect the drop poorly. Pleasant image overall.

Whew! It is a good thing the leaf shows exactly what that background bokeh really is. I was thinking something entirely different. :) LOL!
