This is the view of some public courts at Kapiolani Park after players have left.

Raw adjustments: Shadow Contrast increased. Desaturated and saved in JPEG.

PS adjustments: Rotated to adjust horizontal line of fence. Cropped. Levels used to lighten image a bit. Curves slightly adjusted. Neat Image applied. USM added.
Two-pixel black border added. Saved for Web.

Yours is a pleasant composition and the pool of light as well as the shadows makes for the feeling of after the game, after the season etc. 9.

I like the black and white conversion here. The image seems a bit compositionally cluttered, with the big net pole right there nearly smack in the center. I think it's a good idea and perhaps trying some various angles around the same place could yield even more dynamic results. :)
