Late night shoot by myself at the state fair. Weird looks from the carnies made me feel a bit uncomfortable but I came away learning some new things and a bunch of cool shots for my portfolio/website.....www.aaronseye.com

When I first looked at this I thought, "Fried Mushroom". The ride looks somewhat like a mushroom, at thumbnail level size. The fast fried mushroom ride. The lights captured the motion well.

Great shot of the fair. Nice use of lighting and colors. I am a little intrigued by the the swooping light in the bottom left corner. The spinning top is really cool and reminds me of a wicker basket. 9.

I think i'd be even better if you cropped the bottom part and only kept the wheel. :)

Thanks for finding something interesting to look at. They give us the chance to use lighting, which we undoubtedley have to use in every photo and instead of being creative, most people blew it by choosing something ordinary. I'm not voting but if I was, I'd have given your photo a 10...the tilt is extra creative where I normally like level objects.

I am a complete sucker for shooting at the fair. There's so much dynamic, saturated light to capture! Personal favorite so far!
