This is a fantastic sunrise. The one thing I don't like about it is the heavy straight line of clouds at the top. The reason, it is so thick and covers the entire horizontal boundary that it makes me think that is the top of the photo and then my eye catch more sky above it and says "wait, that should be below that cloudline. Just my opinion of course.

A horizontal crop just below that cloudline would give you a 10, but with it I'm still going with a 9.
